WeBuildUtah Career Exploration and Job Fair

Members Jennifer Montague with Comfort Solutions and Tricia Reich at Layton Construction braved the rain and "womaned" our NAWIC table at the event held at Utah Valley University. Huge thanks to AGC of Utah for reaching out and offering us a space. Although it ended early, it was a successful day getting the word out about our Association. We had over 50 students enter to win 2 backpacks full of goods.

Elementary Career Day

Chapter member, Puja Rao Kurupathi, with Big-D Construction represented our chapter at East Midvale Elementary's Career Day. She had fun teaching 1st-5th graders about construction careers and they were excited to try out her PPE.

Puja said she was "grateful to be part of a network that believes in inspiring the next generation of builders, dreamers, and doers."
