The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is a vital component of our association, aiming to foster an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives fuel innovation to serve our members effectively. We recognize that need to create, support and sustain an inclusive culture, where differences drive innovative solutions to meet the needs of our members. In this spirit, we aim to serve members through the pillars of: Communication, Education and Recruitment/Retainment. We also aim to be a leader and resource for the construction industry in promoting DE&I initiatives and resources.
