NAWIC membership helps you grow and flourish, personally and professionally. Women in construction join NAWIC for many reasons. ​*Event(s) costs vary depending on type of event and sponsorship funds available. Salt Lake Chapter strives to keep costs as low as possible. For members, events range from free to $65.00 with the average being $25.00 each. If non-member you are still welcome at events, average event is $35.00. SLC Chapter averages a minimum of one event monthly.

How to Join
Step One: Determine your membership type.
Active Membership: Open to women who are actively employed in the construction industry a minimum of an average of twenty (20) hours per week per month. Are allowed to vote and eligible to hold office.
Corporate Membership: Transferable membership. Open to companies that wish to designate a woman employee, who would otherwise meet the criteria for Active Membership, to represent the company. Are allowed to vote and eligible to hold office.
Student Membership: Open to women students enrolled in construction-related programs at institutions of higher education, vocational and apprenticeship programs. Student members can not vote, hold office and are non-transferable.
Retired Membership: Open to women who are retired from the construction industry. Retired members can not vote, hold office and are non-transferable. They are eligible to serve on Chapter, Regional or National appointed committees.
