WHO WE ARE
An Amplifier of Women
NAWIC’s core purpose is to strengthen and amplify the success of women in the construction industry. As a chapter, we facilitate the NAWIC core purpose by providing local women in construction with opportunities to learn, network, and lead.
An Industry Partner
Our chapter has refined our alignment with the industry to help build construction leaders, provide support for recruitment and retainment, connect companies with small women owned businesses, and create opportunities for industry leadership and recognition.
A Community Leader
NAWIC is committed to being involved in and improving our local communities. Programs like Block Kids, Design Drafting, other education programs, scholarships, and other volunteer activities are all part of our dedication to giving back.

NAWIC is committed to championing women to impact the direction of the construction industry. As a chapter, we provide women with invaluable opportunities to learn from industry experts, develop key skills, and gain leadership experience. We also recognize that there are barriers preventing women from accessing these opportunities.
