Persevering Women
Dr. Margaret (Meg) Wheatley
Every woman in construction is a pioneer. Yes, this is a noble identity, but in reality it means we experience many obstacles and strong emotional reactions. What does it take to keep going and to develop our skills and confidence--to persevere? How do we know when to withdraw? And through it all, how do we keep our sense of humor?
We will explore these questions together, consulting our own experiences to see what we’ve learned.
